By accessing and using the services provided by ITape through industrialtape.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our industrial tape supply services.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our services or purchase ITape products.

ITape specializes in high-quality industrial adhesive solutions including:

• BOPP packaging tapes for e-commerce logistics
• Transparent and colored adhesive tapes
• Double-sided adhesive solutions
• Masking tapes for manufacturing applications
• Custom-printed branded tape solutions

All ITape products are manufactured to industrial standards and are suitable for commercial, manufacturing, and logistics applications.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise specified. ITape reserves the right to adjust pricing based on raw material costs and market conditions with 30 days notice.

Minimum Orders: Bulk pricing applies to orders meeting specified minimum quantities. Custom printing services require minimum order quantities as outlined in product specifications.

Order Confirmation: Orders are subject to acceptance by ITape. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Payment terms are Net 30 for established commercial accounts. New customers may be required to pay upon order or provide credit references. ITape accepts wire transfers, ACH payments, and approved commercial credit arrangements.

Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month. ITape reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

ITape strives to maintain consistent inventory and rapid fulfillment for standard products. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, shipping destination, and carrier performance.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

ITape warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects and will perform according to published specifications when used under normal conditions. This warranty extends for 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage due to improper storage, extreme temperatures, chemical exposure, or misuse. Adhesive performance may vary based on surface conditions and environmental factors.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Custom-printed tapes and special orders are not returnable unless defective.

Return authorization must be obtained before shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to ITape error or product defect.

ITape's liability for any claim related to products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products involved. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

The ITape name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of ITape. Customers may not use ITape trademarks without written permission.

For custom-printed tape orders, customers warrant they have the right to use any logos, text, or designs provided and agree to indemnify ITape against any intellectual property claims.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts having jurisdiction over ITape's principal place of business.

ITape reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on industrialtape.net and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
